Leeladhar is a Fellow member of ICAI and a qualified CMA, as well as holding a DISA certification. He completed his articleship under KKGS and Co Chartered Accountants in Chennai. After qualifying, he worked as an Audit Manager with L Sreenivasan and Co, Chartered Accountants, also in Chennai. He has completed post-qualification courses in IND AS, Startups and Concurrent Audit of Banks from ICAI. With over 8 years of professional experience in statutory audits, internal audits, and startup advisory, he started his own practice in Hyderabad in 2021.
